Perhaps a bit late for your decision making process - I'll chime in regardless. I have one and it is currently gathering dust, having use it exactly once. High quality and as I recall all the instructions were in German - it was intuitive to me how to use it. I made a cover for my Kindle and it did a decent job, very even. I'm not an expert on it - it took patience. I suspect I'll go back to it at some point. Realistically, it is a fancy frame
for a razor blade. I've been working on skiving by hand and finding the knife that works for me.
