Hello,

I know of a few high ends bags that are 70 to 73 mm wide per gusset, so around 145mm in total for the double gusset.

Do not forget, that a gusset will curve inwards, and you will end up with a depth of 90 to 100 mm for the finished bag, not 150mm.

I was just putting something in my dad's car and saw his triple gusseted bag. 70mm gussets. I took pictures with the gussets fully opened and then closed
