Help From The Community

I've been doing leatherwork for 6 months now whilst building my knowledge and skill levels I feel I'm ready to sell a few handmade items, the only issue is where?

I've done anit of groundwork researching places like etsy, shopify, amazon handmade etc but they don't really appeal to me for the percentages they want to take. I've still got to build my website also. I've discussed this with a few other makers which this gets brought up alot. ( Niche ) find your target audience etc. But where exactly do I source that from? I have a business page on Facebook also tikto, Instagram too. I'm finding it very frustrating. Could anyone possibly have a chat and help.
