"Film" for ID window

Hey guys! Could you suggest me, what film material is better to use in ID window?


Here I tried one(it was transparent id holder plastic), but it wasn't good. It was too easy to scratch it.

I think there should be some scratch-resistant material. What do you usually use for such wallets?
