Locating trunk hardware
Apologies if I get the terminologies wrong, I was wondering if anyone knows where to get the metal parts for the edges of the trunk. I don't mean the corners, but the horizontal and vertical parts that are usually made of leather.
The other things I know where to source, but this seems a mystery. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd love to hear :)

I haven't seen edge stripping available for trunks in metal before, however you can find it quite easily in brass. Google 'metal corner strip' or 'metal angle strip' to see some examples.
You would need to locate something with a slight radius to the corner or it'll be a bit sharp. You'll also need to drill holes for the pins/trunk rivets etc.
Brass or stainless steel would be my choice. Avoid anything plated in case it gets scratched.
