Chinese Electric creaser showing error message
I bought a Chinese Electric creaser which I have been using for some time now. Today I got an error message "No iron!" on the display screen so it is no longer heating. I am just new to leathercrafting but I trust experts here would help me to revive it. Any help guys, Thank you in advance.

Regrettably, the only other manufacturers are the French. Although I’d expect a decent build quality (despite owning a Peugeot years ago) I’ve could reasonably expect a comparable level of email support. Assuming they reply at all.
