Problem solved. The screw circled in red need to be advanced slightly. The nut has to be loosened and from the opposite side, tighten the screw again. As Phillip says it’s “ a little fiddley” but it worked.

Hi Prakash, I ordered from RM too but did not have it split. Might try bonding it, but I really think over the long term, the scales will peal away from pulling it in and out of a pocket long term. Thank you!

I was able to access the patterns on my iPhone and used an old pc and had success. I’ll check again today on my iPad. All good. Thank you for your responses.

Thanks Fadi. I tried that but I think the problem might be that I’m on an iPad Pro. Might need a desk top
