Skiving Knife and Awls
Here's a couple of pieces I recently did for a customer in Singapore. I replaced the handle on the skiving knife and made one new awl ( the one with the grooves around it) and made new handles for the awls.
The handle material is dyed Fossil Mammoth Tooth, supplied by the customer. It's a touchy material to work with but it looks amazing. What do you think?

Diamond saw is the best way to cut it but you still need to go slow, it can be a bit brittle in thinner sections. And yes, it can get smelly.
