Home Hot Foil makers stamp

G'day,

I'm givenago at doing a makers stamp.


Has anyone 'gone before me' I'd love some advice on what is good or not / what makes a stamp good.

Both seem to work and leave an impression.

Hi Steve. Unless it is an optical illusion, the stamp in the pic below looks to have straighter sides than the one above. This in theory should leave cleaner edges on foil stamps that are pressed deeper into the leather. Angled sides begin to apply more foil as the stamp is pressed deeper, leading to thicker 'blurred' edges.
