I own a pair of Black Mountain Pricking Irons in 2.7mm. They are decent, I like the angle on them.
They however feel a little lightweight and i am always afraid to break them, but as long as you work calmly, you should be fine. If you look at my post about the Alligator Wallet i made, i used the Black Mountain irons on it.
