Why they make pricking iron sized 3.38 and 3.85mm? Is there any particular reason behind this? I am just curious. Cant find answer on google

No wonder. Kind of weird that decimal point. I did struggle a bit to make all the pricking iron arranged equally when making card slots. I am using 3.38mm. thank you for the info.
