Ordering from Abby England in the US
Hi all. Has anyone from the US ordered from Abby England? If so, what is the process? I’ve placed an order and was charged for the item but not shipping. The website said the shipper would contact me for payment of shipping . The next day, my account at Abby England shows the total of the item and what shipping will be But I still haven’t been charged for shipping. I sent them a message asking about this and was told the Shipper will get with me. It’s been almost a week and nothing. I ordered a set of stitching clams so it was over the threshold of their Royal Mail shipping and will probably be DHL/UPS or FedEx.
I just wonder if anyone else had had this experience. I do understand that other countries dont always move at the same speed as a lot of US companies. I just want to make sure everything is moving forward and I get the clams. I need them for a project I’m about to start.

So after 4 emails and several online chats, I received the shipping invoice today and paid it. Now we will see how long until I get a tracking notice. For Reference, I paid like $28 USD for shipping of my leather from italy through DHL and got it in about a week and a half. AE charged me $51.33USD for shipping of a set of Clams. I hope that is like 2 day airmail lol
