Hello from Houston, TX, USA

Hello everyone, I think it’s time I’ve introduced myself. I’m a Houston native, with less than a year under my belt working with leather. I currently work with leather as a hobby, as I have a full time job and a father to two beautiful girls, both under 3! As well as a full time husband if that counts 😂. So I tend to work with leather on my spare time. I’m in love with the quality of tools and leather which brought me from my original idea of working with leather, to become a traditional leather artisan. I hope to make this a full time gig one day in honor of my son, who was named after me, hence “The II” being the name of my brand. He is my younger daughters twin but became ill shortly after their birth, and passed away. “The II” is my way of comemorating his life! So I’m truly grateful to have access to these courses which are extremely helpful in advancing my skill level! Thank you Philip!
