I think about how we can make one page contain our leather hides recommendation.
Some Leather websites don't tell much details about the leather hides for selling so it will be great if we could share our best tanners, tanning type, over here with some pictures and details like: temper, finishing, patina, looks, etc...
I think its better to give our opinions and recommendation about leather hides we are using over our leather craft journey.

May I offer an opinion to just try different leathers? I find that much of the leather community works with leathers that they see online or are recommended from "influencers", and I think that can stifle the use of many other beautiful leathers that are out there. I know there are a great many different leathers that can be found in the Consorzio Vera Pelle Italiana Conciata Al Vegetale, but only a few from a few of the tanneries are available in the US, but many of the others are available in other countries. So, I say experiment! You might just find something that you really like that a million other people aren't already using!
