Greetings all.
I’ve few vices in life. Between work, family, trying to keep in shape and some down time, I’ve been known to quietly enjoy the occasional cigar - always when I’m away from home ;-)
For a long time, I’ve been keen to explore the chemistry between leather and premium tobacco. I spent my formative years on a stud farm and found any excuse to be in the tack room. I give that credit for forming the genesis of my love of leather. But I recall a relative who always smoked cigars. I loved them. Something about how they complimented one another. Sweet, earthy, animalic, resinous. Recently at an airport, I spent some time in the humidor. I saw some leather cigar cases, beautiful cedar humidors and naturally, a lot of tobacco.
Has anyone ever undertake a project to make cigar cases or other tobacco/leather products? I’m fishing for inspiration.
Comments welcome. (Including how bad they are for you). Just please remember, quality, not quantity.
Stephen :-)

@Hemanth Ideally you'd need to have a two part mould to get that kind of shape, then stitch when dry. If you stitch first then try and mould the leather, you'll never see the same results.
Getting someone to 3D print a mould to your design may be the way to go
