In Say Hello Before Posting
Hey, gang. Mike from NJ here. I was walking along the highway barefoot the other day, when I looked over into the woods and saw a rainbow. At the end of it was a family of bears feeding from a plate of blueberry buttermilk pancakes. They saw me and waved. I thought, "That's weird. It hasn't even snowed today." Anyway, as I was walking along, I started to hear a sheep's bleating. It grew louder and louder behind me like it was chasing me. I tried ignoring it, but then I felt a tap on my shoulder. As I turned around, an old, rickety wagon, with square wheels and a full load of cowhides, tipped over (see what I did there?) and knocked me out cold. When I finally came to, a horse was standing over me. Sporting a stetson and a piece of hay in his mouth, he told me to take up left-handed leatherworking. And I said, "But I'm a righty!!" Pretty bizarre, right? Ya, so that didn't actually happen. BUT it really does feel like this recent obsession with all things leather that has come about is just as weird and out of left field as the above fictional... Well, whatever that was . So, I look forward learning from you all here. Perhaps, one day, I'll know enough to contribute as well. Blessings, Mike
