Started as a Nurse for people with learning difficulties, for 11 the retired on helth grounds (Major lower back issues) Eventually found a regime to start doing things again and some 5 and a bit years later... Worked then for 20 plus years as a Wooden boat restorationer together with a number of other even better boat builders than myself (I restored only 2 of the others had built their own and built in collaboration) I missed my chance of the latter due to worsening back problems that forced me to find a back friendly form of employment, ending us as a field interviewer for the ONS, which is what I am still doing.
