In Leather Tools
On holiday, North Yorkshire, and we enjoy looking around antique shops, unfortunately no leather tools. However did buy these, total £40 A leather strop which has a box inside. Needs the leather replacing. A real bone that will be shaped when I get home. A pair of R Heinisch H 4 shears, around 100 years old. Though they are tailors scissors I might be able to use them on thinner leather. Anyway I do like old tools. As they say there is no tool like an old tool!

In Help From The Community
For the UK viewers. Is Linton Leather Craft supplies still trading? I placed an order 3 weeks ago, and other than an email acknowledging my order, I havent heard anything since. Ive tried various emails, Facebook and Instagram, and have heard nothing back. The items I ordered were, and still are in stock. Unfortunately contact details on the web page is dire. They appear to be trading, when looking at the web page. I think I may have lost £26!

Hi folks. My name is Michael and from North West Durham, UK. I have been leather crafting for just over a year now. Started late in life and learning and enjoying it so much. I tend to make wallets, diary covers and bags, for family and friends.
