Introduction

Hello Philip, and other leather crafters, my name is David and after several years of leathercrafting I thought i knew what I was doing-I couldn't have been more wrong.

The depth of the videos that I've seen so far has blown my mind and I can't wait to learn all of the techniques and projects. Thank you for this course!

Introduction

Hi there. I'm Luke. Nice to meet you all. I've always had a love for leather goods ever since I was a child. At the age of 40, I finally found myself in a position where I could dive into the craft head first. I've been leatherworking for just shy of a year now and it's safe to say I'm Well and truly. I've made belts, keychains, wallets, Handbags, leather trays, bracelets, and so much more. I look forward to learning even more along the way and admiring all the amazing makes displayed here. I have my first ever craft fair coming up this Saturday (Nervous chuckle).

Hi Luke, sorry I missed your introduction! Thank you for saying hello to us all, it's great to have you here.

How did the craft fair go last Saturday?

Greetings

Hello Philip and fellow crafters!

My name is Zachary Willardsen and I have been working with leather since 2020. I have been a member of this community before and only left for financial reasons but I am excited to be back. I am grateful for Philip and his extensive knowledge!

I hope to get to know you all better and learn from one another. Its a beautiful thing to have a community of people who are committed to the same craft!

Hi there

Hello, I am Remco. I started working with leather in 2023. After my deployment, I worked on myself for about 7 years, and it was time for me to do something again. Unfortunately, I am no longer able to work, but I try to contribute to society in this way and be an example for my children. Last year, I started a course in hand-sewing handbags. Once this is finished, I will subscribe to the masterclass to further develop myself.
