Say Hello Before Posting

Hello- My name is Greg and since I retired (and for some time before) I have been enjoying working with Leather. Was introduced to leather working in middle school shop class where we all made tooled wallets from Tandy Leather kits. Although I spent most of my adult life as a software engineer working on a number of cutting edge technologies, I never forgot leather and how satisfying it is to work with. So, I started working with leather about five years ago again, accumulating many of the tools while still working (when it was more economic to acquire them) and for the last two years spending more time concentrating on the craft. Hopefully, I am looking to step up to a higher level of expertise as time goes on, not that it hasn't been successful so far in this journey. There are no candles, or perfumes that can compete with the fragrance of real honest leather!
