I bought some split shoulders from Met. Leather to practice on and have been making prototype pieces out of them. This week I made two long pouches for a couple of chainsaw filing systems that I use in my day-to-day job as a tree surgeon. The items that I make for work needn't necessarily be the best quality, as they get some rough treatment! This was my first foray into using the baseball stitch to join the two sides together. As always any advice and feedback will be appreciated.
