I fell down this rabbit hole six years ago after looking for a watch strap on etsy and thinking "I could make that". Since then I've made a variety of things including; aprons, knife rolls, knife sheaths, belts, wallets, and bags. Eventually turning my passion into a side hustle making things with what I would call a Pacific Northwest style, ie. simple clean lines, natural colours, and an esthetic that blends rugged with refined, reflecting the mountains and forests where I live.
I signed up here to refine my techniques, and in particular, learn how luxury goods are made, especially bags. After watching a few courses, I'm thoroughly satisfied and can not wait to practice these skills and learn more.
Thanks
Richard
