I use the Dream Factory clams because they were given to me for free. I don't advertise them because I don't think the design is quite ready yet. VERY easy to get your thread entangled around the tensioning knob.
The recommendation from Fadi below looks better design in my opinion.
- The one Philip uses is a Dream Factory. it is available from lots of vendors online. Just type in "Dream Factory" on google and you will get lots of results. (We could give country specific links if we knew where you lived 🙈). Also, I personally have one and it broke, and I know a few others who had the same issue, so I do not recommend it.
- However, my all time favorite clamp is made by a wood artisan in the USA, and you need to direct message him on Instagram to get them : https://www.instagram.com/wingandwavedesigns/?hl=en . They are sturdy, available in 2 of 3 different woods and Mike (the guy who makes them) is a awesome small business owner. (Also, I might have helped a bit with the final shape of the upper clamp)
On a side note, it would be much appreciated if you could head to the "Say Hello Before Posting" section and introduce yourself to our community :)
Thank you I ordered one from Wing and wave
