@julievinsant1 That's very strange! The rod looks like it isn't all the way into the roller in the picture. Have you tried cleaning out the inside of the roller and re-greasing? There may be an obstruction stopping the rod inserting properly.
Regarding the word limit, that happens when you write your post in the title section.
Problem solved. The screw circled in red need to be advanced slightly. The nut has to be loosened and from the opposite side, tighten the screw again. As Phillip says it’s “ a little fiddley” but it worked.
