Help with attaching hardware to leather

Hi Guys,

I like Versace & Mont Blanc logo emblem on their wallets.

Does anyone knows how is it attached onto their wallets and if there are suppliers that I can ask to make the emblem for me. I've been looking around but the Emblem size I'm asking for has been said by manufacturer that it was too small to make due to the details.
