Just to inform you that in the last week we have been made aware that some of our members are experiencing log in issues primarily using a mobile device.
The issue usually involves inputting your email and password and after entering, you are still not successfully logged in.
Further accessing members areas will prompt you to log in again and the very frustrating loop continues.
So far, the 'log in loop' seems to mostly be affecting Samsung devices using the Samsung internet browser. (one iPhone, one iPad and one iMac report to date).
This can be remedied by using Chrome as a browser instead.
On our test phone (a Samsung Galaxy) this fixed the issue. Of course there is no guarantee that this will work on your device too, which is why we are still working on the issue.
We have been working with Wix to remedy the problem and luckily some of our members have been kind enough to record a video of the issue which has been very helpful.
Although most modern phones will be fine, in order to use a Wix website, your Android device will need to be Android 7 and above. For iPhones this will be iOS 11 and above (iPhone 6 and above).
