There are a lot of "Handmade" procucts on Etsy with prices that don't make sense. This is one of the reasons I don't sell on Etsy. It's to easy for customers to compare your products with other products that in reality are not actually comparable.
Price is actually 21$, even weirder.
I learned a long time ago not to wonder about some Etsy prices that don't make sense, The collar is probably made in China (with or without norweegan leather). And it probably doesn't look as nice in reality, specially the stitches.
